A Seattle native and fourth generation real estate professional, Steve has been a real estate broker since 2006. Steve’s real estate lineage started in 1932 when his great grandfather opened MacPherson’s Real Estate in Seattle’s University District. Since that time every generation has been involved in the real estate industry and Steve continues that tradition.
Steve has consistently been a top producer ranking in the top 5% of all real estate professionals in Washington State. Part of this success stems from the ability to work with a wide range of buyers, sellers and neighborhoods. Steve has listed and sold homes ranging from affordable single family investment properties to high end downtown penthouses and custom built homes.
Neighborhoods that Steve has recently conducted market research, assisted buyers and listed homes include Queen Anne, Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake, Capitol Hill, Leschi, West Seattle, Downtown Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue.
In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Steve is knowledgeable and experienced in working with investors and builders, where his construction knowledge can help buyers assess potential costs and value.
Steve is a graduate of Washington State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in real estate. Steve is an active board member of the Seattle Yacht Club and President of the Pacific Northwest Antique and Classic Boat Society. Steve resides in the Hawthorne Hills neighborhood of Northeast Seattle with his wife Molly, daughter Charlotte and dog Buoy.
